Our Story
In 2017, founder Eugene Lee started as a dedicated private tutor, working closely with students through personalised one-to-one lessons. His structured teaching approach and strong focus on fundamentals helped students steadily improve — not just in grades, but in confidence, discipline, and independent thinking.
By 2022, growing demand led to the expansion into private group classes and online tuition under the precursor brand, The Success Clinic. This marked the shift towards a more dynamic learning environment — combining proven teaching methods with the positive influence of studying alongside motivated peers.
In 2025, Eugene founded UpLabs Learning Centre, establishing a dedicated tuition centre space in Bukit Timah Beauty World. With its own fully equipped learning environment, UpLabs was built to provide a focused, supportive, and results-driven setting for primary and secondary school students.
Today, UpLabs stands as a trusted tuition centre in the Beauty World area, committed to academic excellence, strong study habits, and helping every student move confidently towards their dream school and future.
